1. Payment Terms

We require 100% upfront payment for all services. Work will not commence until payment has been received in full.

2. Refund Policy

Once a service has been delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued, except where required under applicable UAE law or Free Zone regulations.

3. Revisions

Each service includes only the number of revisions stated in its description. Any additional revisions will be charged separately.

4. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to: engagement, reach, leads, sales, or return on investment.
Performance depends on multiple external factors including platform algorithms, audience behaviour, market conditions, and client-side execution.

5. Data Protection & Marketing Use

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including UAE data protection laws and, where applicable, international regulations such as GDPR for relevant clients.

Where lawful and appropriate, we may use collected data for marketing optimisation and retargeting purposes.

Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time, and we will cease contact without undue delay upon request.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

ITEMISED MARKETING MENU

Social Media Marketing — from £10

We will provide a static promotional graphic designed for use on social media. The final design will be delivered for client use at their discretion.

Includes 1 revision only prior to final approval. Once delivered, no further revisions are permitted.

We do not access or manage client social media accounts and are not responsible for performance, engagement, or results.

Paid Ads Management — from £30

We will set up and manage a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) post boost for up to 14 days.
Ad spend is not included and must be provided by the client.

We are not responsible for campaign performance, ROI, or results due to external market and platform factors.

Web Development — from £20

A one-page basic landing page will be built using a template.

Content creation is not included. Changes to branding, design, or text may incur additional charges.

Graphic Design & Branding — from £10

One custom graphic design is provided.
Includes 1 revision only.

App Development — from £150

We will develop a basic Android application.

Publishing to the Google Play Store is the responsibility of the client.

Includes 1 revision; additional revisions are chargeable.

30-Minute Strategy Session — £8

A consultation session to discuss marketing strategy and business growth direction.

We are not responsible for any business, financial, or strategic decisions made following the session.

Video Editing — £15

Editing for one short-form video (up to 2 minutes).
Includes 1 revision only.

Agentic AI Setup — from £500

Automation setup for a single workflow or project, including CRM or internal business systems.

Third-party tools, APIs, and external software subscriptions are not included and may incur additional costs depending on complexity and scope.

These are the services included at the listed minimum starting price. Additional requests or customized packages can be created, with pricing determined based on the scope of work.
